My Regular Reads:

Which part of me would get smooshed the most?

December 20th, 2007 by screenwriterguy

So I was working on finding stock footage and other video repositories on the net for one of the projects we’re planning to have ready for the launch of BrevityTV.   I came across this interesting source of moving images: Progressive car insurance places the highway safety crash test videos online, so you can see what would happen to your car in a crash.

In my case, my head and chest will be fine, but there’s risk to my left leg, and my right leg will probably be messed up.

Don’t know if I wanted that knowledge…

Mmmm. All of me would be “Good” except for my right leg. Which, apparently, will be in “Acceptable” condition. Or something. Any which way, though, I’m thinking I’ll try to avoid driving directly into a wall. Thanks for the cool find.

Sir, I believe you may have just authored a truly sound highway safety policy. I, too, shall follow your advice and “avoid driving directly into a wall.”
