And, as I mentioned, I think Groban handled himself well. However, material like he was singing requires a certain imperfection that it's hard for a classically trained singer to conjure. Meanwhile, the medley lacked imagination, spark, wit... whatever you want to call it, the medley lacked it. Again, it was one of a list of symptoms that the producers lacked showmanship.
